Costs
£60 per appointment
£100 for a package of 2 appointments if bought at the first consultation.
I accept Cash or Cheques only. I currently do not have the facility for Card payments.
£100 for Medical Examination required for PCV, HGV, Sprots, Employment or Pre-Employment. (Additional cost will be chargeable for ECG, Audiology, XRay, Drugs Testing, Blood Testing, etc if they are required for the completion of you Medical Examination.)
I consult at this premesis, usually on a Tuesday evening. If you would like an appointment to see me for a consultation, please email or telephone me. I charge £60.00 per appointment or £100 for a package of 2 appointment if paid at the first consultation. Cash or Chaques are acceptible but I do not have facility for card payments.
Please note that in accepting an appointment from me, you have agreed to give at least 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment. Failure to do so will incur a non attendance fee of £10
